Who Is A God Like You
You are the God who hears and speaks. . . .
My voice reaches Your ears. . .my language is understood
by You.
You acknowledge Me. . .
You teach me how to hear You.
Speak Lord, for Your servant is listening.
You are the God who knows me inside and out.
Nothing is hidden from You. . .yet You love me.
Where could I go that You are not there before me?
I matter to You.
You care for me.. . .a God who concerns Himself with what concerns me. Isaiah 64:4
Encourage me. . .I need Your perspective in this painful
place.
I need to see the bigger picture. Hold me together.
You act on behalf of those who wait on You.
You are a good Father. You know how to give good gifts to Your children.
You are always working for my highest good.
You make even the unwelcomed things work for good.
You are molding me into the image of Jesus.
Give me grace to yield to You, to the Master Potter's hand.
You are the God of infinite love. And You define the term.
I learn to love from You. The price You paid for me, sets
my value.
Help me see others in that same perspective. . .valued.
You are the God close at hand. . .I can't tell You something You don't already know.
Your wisdom is without measure.
You are the master of the games people play.
You are the God who reveals Your thoughts to man.
On several occasions You said, "He who has ears, let him
hear."
Pierce through all the junk. .all defilement. .all resistance so
that my ears hear Your still small voice of LIFE.
Because I know You to be the God who wants to be known.
Who are we, that sovereign God wants to be known by us?
And not as servants, but as friends in fellowship and
partnership. . .heart to heart.
You are the God who promises to keep me, keep me from falling.
You have sealed my heart by Your Holy Spirit.
I am Yours.
If I gained the world and made it my paradise but failed to build a relationship with this God through Jesus Christ, it would not be paradise. He is my treasure and my portion forever.
I leave you friends with this reminder:
He is the God who is able to make all grace abound and be released in me, so that I, having all sufficiency in all things, may abound in every good work to the glory of our magnificent Creator God.
